Curriculum
of Dr. Mario Pietropaolo
President
Mario Pietropaolo is graduated in Law in the Legal
Sciences Faculty of the Universidad Nacional del
Litoral.
Graduated in the Program of High Direction of the
IAE -Instituto de Altos estudios- of the Universidad
Austral.
He is posgraduated of the MBA (Master in Business
Administration) of the Economic Sciences Faculty
of the Universidad Nacional del Litoral, Specialty
in Costs and Management, next to present his thesis.
He has developed an intense businessman and professional
activity acquiring a vast experience in business
administration.
As few, he knows the problematic of the business
from the inside as well as the outside and from
the economic-financial function as well as the legal
side.
He has participate in important companies as Grupo
Arbol Solo, Buyatti S.A.I.C.A. and Grupo SAFRA -
Friar.
One of the essential abilities that characterizes
him, it is the comprehension of the company structures
operation and the details of the patrimonial and
financial restructuring processes and of the fusions
and acquisitions.
He conducted as General Manager -during almost a
five-year period-; the Friar S.A.. company, with
more than 2000 employees.
Currently he is consultant specialized in Strategic
Planning and Company Restructuring.
Formed in the legal function and specialized in
business administration, combines for the performance
of his activity the knowledge of the actual legislation
and the vision of the manager.
He is member of the Old Students Association of
the IAE, the Old Students Group of the MBA of the
Economic Sciences Faculty of the UNL of Santa Fe,
Argentina. |
